Age-check law covers your region. That changes little here, because this site hosts no chat at all: Go live sends you through the gate to the partner’s cam site, and the checks happen over there.

We wrote each paragraph and drew each stage light on masturbate-live.com ourselves. If you still spot your own work in here, file a notice and we will look into it fast. Video streams inside the embedded chat do not pass through our servers; for those, the chat company is the right address, and we are happy to tell you how to reach it.

1. Contents of a valid notice

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) a notice should give us:

  • which creation of yours you believe was copied (a title, a short sketch of it or a URL will do);
  • the full URL on masturbate-live.com where the questioned material sits;
  • contact details: your legal name, a street address, a phone line and an email inbox;
  • your good faith belief that neither you, nor someone acting for you, nor any law permits this particular use;
  • a line confirming under penalty of perjury that your statements are true and that you either own this right yourself or speak with its owner’s blessing;
  • your name as signature, either scanned in ink or simply typed.

Select “Copyright” as the subject of our contact form and drop the notice into the text box. A complete notice normally gets a decision within a handful of business days. If a match is obvious, we take the passage offline first and check the details afterwards.

2. Counter-notice

Anyone whose contribution was taken down by error can file a counter-notice, again via the contact form. Name the removed material and the URL it had, declare under penalty of perjury that it vanished because of a mistake or a wrong identification, add name, postal address and telephone number, accept that the federal district court for the area you live in has jurisdiction, and sign it. We pass the counter-notice on to the original complainant.

3. Abuse of the procedure

Whoever knowingly misrepresents facts in a notice can be held liable for the resulting damage, see 17 U.S.C. 512(f). Notices are logged, and senders who misuse the process again and again may be ignored.
